FAQ
If I begin Private lessons, is it possible for me to change to Group lessons during the semester?
Absolutely! It is possible to change lesson options during the semester; however, it must be a mutual decision between the instructor and client/parent. Tuition adjustments will be made from the point of the change and are not retro-active back to the beginning of the semester.
When are monthly payments due?
Monthly payments are due at the lesson during the week in which the 15th of the month falls during August, September, October, November, January, February, March, and April. If paying for the entire semester, the payment is due at the first lesson of the semester.
Do you accept debit/credit cards or electronic payment?
We accept electronic payment through PayPal and Venmo
What if I miss a lesson?
Built into the semester are weeks designated for "make-up" lessons. If you were to miss a lesson, the expectations are that the lesson will be made up during this time; however, because you are purchasing a "time-slot", if you miss a lesson, no refund can be applied. If I were to cancel the lesson, every attempt to "make-up" the lesson will be made or a refund will apply. You will not be financially affected by a lesson missed due to my cancellation. Exceptions are listed in the contract.
Do you teach adults?
Absolutely! In fact I find adults to be some of the most serious and focused clients. My goal is to establish a group class specifically for adults to learn, interact and share with each other. The best way to learn in my opinion.
My schedule is weird, do I have to take lessons every week?
Although is it preferred to stay on a consistent schedule, we certainly can run every other week for an hour or work something that fits with your schedule
