I am constantly seeing advertisements regarding quick and easy ways to learn guitar. Someone has unlocked the secret to play like Eddie Van Halen within a week or mesmerize your friends with these "Hot" and "Amazing" lead guitar licks in 3 easy steps. The truth is, there is no easy way to become a good guitar player. The only 3 steps to learning how to play guitar well is practice, practice, and practice. As long as you are practicing as your instructor instructs you, everyday, consistently and persistently, you will get better quicker.
If you want to learn guitar or bass and do not yet have a guitar instructor, let me encourage you to give us a  try. I teach like a teacher, drive like a football coach and pull you over obstacles and assess your needs like a counselor. I teach you the way I'd want to be taught.
